Statutory Warranty

As a customer of Electronicx GmbH, you benefit from our statutory warranty for defects in the goods you purchase, in accordance with German law (§§ 434, 437 BGB). This warranty applies for 24 months from the date of delivery to you as a consumer.

Our statutory warranty is completely independent of any additional manufacturer warranties, so you can always rely on your legal rights regardless of any extra guarantees offered by the manufacturer.

In the first year after delivery, the burden of proof is reversed in your favour (§ 477 BGB): if a defect appears, we as the seller must prove that the goods were free from defects at the time of delivery. This makes it easier for you to assert your warranty claims.
