We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post as a standard parcel, not as an express service. Where two rates are shown, you choose in the basket.
Delivery times
Germany: usually 1–2 working days. Other countries: usually 2–7 working days, depending on the country.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties and fees of the destination country may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
No delivery
We do not deliver to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria.
