Function of a PDC sensor
The parking sensor 82004-54716 works with ultrasound and is installed in the bumpers of a vehicle.
Here, the sensor sends and receives ultrasonic signals and transmits the acquired data to the control unit,
which then calculates the distance from the sensor to the obstacle and sends optical-acoustic signals to the driver.
