Lawn tractor batteries U1 and U1R

For lawn tractors and ride-on mowers we offer AGM starter batteries of our own brand Electronicx in the U1 format: as U1R with the positive terminal on the right and as U1(9) with the positive terminal on the left. Both have 12 V, 30 Ah and 330 A cold cranking current (CCA), measure 196 × 131 × 183 mm and are sealed and maintenance-free.

How to find the right battery

• Format: The designation is usually on the label of the old battery, for example U1, U1R or U1-9.
• Positive terminal: Compare the position of the positive terminal with your old battery. With reversed polarity the cables usually do not reach.
• Dimensions: The battery measures 196 × 131 × 183 mm (L × W × H) and must fit into the battery compartment.
• Capacity (Ah): Choose at least the capacity of the old battery.
• Cold cranking current (CCA): The value in A (EN) should be at least as high as that of the old battery.
• By your old battery: In the battery finder on this page you can search by the type or battery number of your old battery, by dimensions and by polarity.

Winter break

Store the battery fully charged, in a cool and frost-free place. Recharge it regularly or connect a maintenance charger with an AGM charging profile.

Shipping, statutory warranty and old batteries

Orders received by 14:00 on working days are shipped the same day. Statutory warranty rights apply.

Old batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You can return them free of charge at municipal collection points or to retailers. In Germany, the Battery Act Implementation Law (BattDG) requires a deposit of EUR 7.50 including VAT on starter batteries if no old battery is returned at the time of purchase.
