High-quality roof hooks for solar modules made of stainless steel 1.4016

Special roof hooks for expanding aluminum rails, profile rails, mounting rails for mounting photovoltaic modules or solar systems.

The stainless steel roof hooks are screwed directly with wood screws.

Information for you:
Depending on the material or structure, stainless steel is magnetic or not. In the case of austenitic materials such as 1.4301 or 1.4404, the steel is usually non-magnetic. In contrast, a ferritic stainless steel such as material 1.4016 is magnetic.

Mounting instructions:

Depending on the load, the roof hooks are secured to the rafter with at least 2 pan head screws A2 M8.
The length of the washer head screws should be selected according to the strength of the rafter.
Standard sizes are:
- M8x80 mm
- M8x100 mm
- M8x120 mm

Lengths > 200 mm can be used for rafter insulation.
For fastening the washer head screws, a distance of 1 cm from the edge of the rafter must be maintained.
Snow load (pressure): max. 120 kg
Wind load (tension): max. 100 kg
