The different teach-in methods
Automatic teach-in
In the case of self-learning tyre pressure monitoring systems, the sensors are automatically taught to the vehicle control unit by means of a 5-20 minute test drive at a speed of over 20 km/h.
Manually resetting the tire pressure system
Depending on the vehicle, the teach-in can also be carried out by a key combination or by a menu item in the cockpit.
