Free returns from Germany

For returns shipped from Germany, we voluntarily provide a free DHL return label. Batteries are excluded (dangerous goods).

How it works

  1. Request the return label by email at [email protected] and include your order number.
  2. Alternatively, you can reach us via the contact form or by phone on +49 7135 7194106 (Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30).
  3. We will send you the DHL return label by email. Pack the goods securely, attach the return label to the parcel and drop it off at DHL.

Conditions

  • Coverage applies to returns shipped from Germany to us and only with our DHL return label.
  • Batteries are excluded (dangerous goods). They must not be sent with the DHL return label. Please contact us before returning them.
  • This is a voluntary service. We may change or end it for future orders; for orders already placed, the version at the time of the order applies.
